Estradiol cypionate/medroxyprogesterone acetate (EC/MPA), sold under the brand name Cyclofem among others, is a form of combined injectable birth control. It contains estradiol cypionate (EC), an estrogen, and medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA), a progestin.

W-DEPOT is a slow-release form of Hormone Replacement Therapy designed for Male to Female Transition. It consists of 5 vials, each containing 1.5 ml of a powder liquid. The composition of each vial includes 20mg of Estradiol Cypionate and 300mg of Micronized Progesterone. Administered by a deep intramuscular injection, one vial (1.5ml) is recommended monthly, ensuring a gradual release of medication for an extended duration. This approach aims to provide a sustained and consistent hormonal balance throughout the treatment period.
